President and leader of your support team, Joe is responsible for developing customer product applications and solutions. He is overall responsible for operations and account management. Technically trained in all major telephone systems, voice mail products and network intergration solutions.. He will oversee coordination of installation, service and implementation. Provides on- going support and customer service. Joe was asked to sit on the inaugural 3Com Voice Solutions Dealer Counsel.
KIMBERLY D. GLOS
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kim is responsible for training end-users, developing training material for telephone systems and provides on-going customer support. Oversees all telemarketing, handles all appointments for demonstration of telephone systems. Over-all responsible for account management.
Responsible for all systems installation and troubleshooting, They coordinate site visits for pre-installs, program and set-up all equipment. Provides on-site customer service and technical support. They are knowledgeable in hardware and software to provide the customer with the best service.
